From our main entrance on Valleydale Road, Southlake Parkway extends over 2 miles and passes the entrances to the Crest, Lakeridge/Cove and the Estates. A quarter of a mile east on Valleydale is the entrance to the Cottages and Townhomes, on Lake Valley Drive. We have almost 450 properties in the Southlake community with a variety of living options.
