How can I get a copy of the most recent HOA by-laws? Thank you in advance!
I'm curious.....why are the owners of the vacant lots on the curve between Windsong Circle and Swan Lake Dr are not held accountable to uphold the covenants....keeping the lots in a natural state is fine BUT THE OVERHANGING LIMBS, OVERGROWN WEEDS ALONG THE SIDEWALKS AND CURBS ARE DEPLORABLE....homes $750,000-$1,200,000 are for sale in that immediate area....do we not have something in place to correct this issue?
