ABOUT SOUTHLAKE'S ESTATES

Welcome to the Estates of Southlake…one of the finest luxury communities in all of Hoover.

Our magnificent home designs are generously tucked into over 450 acres offering private lakeside properties, thickly wooded 1 to 5-acre land properties, and any number of private hilltop offerings.

Southlake Estates offer a carefully woven tapestry of architecture, and style…from the charm "Old World" Tudor, or American Colonial, to Mediterranean Revival, with a little French Chateau.

With upper home prices ranging from $750,000 to over 2.5 million, the discriminating buyer has much to look forward to. Come to the Estates and find a place for you.

Suzanne and I moved to Southlake Estates 16 years ago. We loved the home styles and the beauty of the neighborhood. These were quickly surpassed by the people of the neighborhood and the pride that they had in the community. We have enjoyed raising our family in a neighborhood that has all the things a city like Hoover has to offer, great schools, shopping, parks, etc., while providing privacy and peacefulness that are hard to find in an urban setting. Whether boating on the lake or strolling the hills on an early morning walk, life in Southlake Estates offers a great family lifestyle.

Here we are, Scott and Joan Sheppard relaxing after an Easter Sunday brunch with family. So happy to be enjoying our new beautiful home in Southlake Estates.

Today we find ourselves the proud “empty nester” parents of three grown children and two grandchildren. We are blessed in so many ways with all that’s new to do and enjoy in all our Southlake communities…like taking the little ones for adventures as we stroll down our sidewalks, to feeding the ducks in the lake. Then returning home only to find a fawn and it’s watchful mother walking through our back yard.

Yes, our family has lived a lot of places over the years. As we sit here on our front steps, just her and me, we are so glad we have finally come home to Southlake.
